Children get to have some not so conventional kind of therapy in which a group meeting is involved

Two young siblings are in the hospital against their will and the doctor takes advantage of the situation to make them make a 3some. Even more creepy is the war that they wage, especially since they depict rather unusual sexual therapy that awakens latent passions.
