Young girl caught stealing and touching her private part with food in hidden camera footage

A young black girl was caught picking food items from a supermarket with intent to steal. A store owner spotted her and proceeded to use a phone to record her in the act then made her to continue fingering herself. She cried but obeyed all the same and I saw her dancing and running around with food in her mouth, half eating, half chasing me.
