Doctor watches hymen check and violation of the virgin patient

A young nurse escorts a doctor in performing a hymen check on a virgin patient. Inevitably the doctor cannot manage this and proceeds to rape the 18-year-old. This results in the latter changing into the site of voyeuristic pleasure for the hospital’s staff.
