Police officer cannot work out teenage problems - sex with young perpetrator

A police constitutes a story of a case that is difficult for the police officer to solve and then comes across the 18-year-old culprit. It gets worse when he scolds her for her crime, and then they have sexual intercourse in the car in the police station parking lot.
